At this CRS workshop, we will review a slew of new research on the 鈥渕id-career malaise": studies on the challenges faculty face at this stage of one鈥檚 professional career, data on productivity trajectories across academic careers, and strategies on staying engaged, fulfilled, and productive. Then we鈥檒l have a discussion on how this scholarship matches our own experience.
