Well-being means taking care of our whole self and taking steps to ensure all aspects of our lives are happy and healthy.
What drew you to becoming a Peer Health Educator?
I am very interested in psychology and have been for years. The human emotions are fascinating and in this Peer Health Educator role I want to aid in any way I can in helping my peers access more resources surrounding mental health.
